  1. Eat Dairy Products:

Examples are butter, milk, cheese, and most yogurts.

2. Vegetables:

This class of foods is natural and completely devoid of gluten. You may not see labels on them stating they are free of gluten. Be rest assured they lack gluten. 


You can eat them with peace of mind. 

If they are processed, if manufacturers had to introduce gluten to them. They will almost always state it. Sufferers can have your favorite vegetables with peace of mind with confidence they lack gluten. 


3. Fruits:

It is another set of naturally occurring foods without gluten. It is part of meal plans for persons diagnosed with this disease.

4 . Fish and Meat

They usually are not spiced with gluten if they become fried or roasted; some manufacturers add gluten. 


The commercial fish feeds contain gluten, so you might want to avoid eating fish rared with gluten feeds and wheat. Most battered fishes contain gluten. 


Also, most breaded fish are contaminated with gluten and should be kept out of your meal plans if you want to remove gluten completely. 


5 . Potatoes:

It can replace regular wheat flour that is gluten-rich. 


Note that almonds made in facilities that make gluten can contain gluten, so do well to read the product labels for contents before buying.  


Another commercially sold flour that lacks gluten is buckwheat. 


Despite bearing the name Wheat: Buckwheat isn't wheat grain and lacks gluten. It is used for baking and making yeast bread.


Buckwheat is a rich source of B complex vitamins, Folic acid, minerals, iron, manganese, magnesium, and antioxidants.


Other examples of such flours in the open market include sorghum flour, Amaranth flour, Teff Flour, Arrowroot flour, Brown rice flour, Oat flour, chicken pea, coconut flour, and tapioca flour, cassava flour, tiger nut flour, etc.


7 . Rice

Rice in its natural forms lack gluten, say brown, white, or wild rice, long or short grains. 


Make sure you're buying unprocessed rice; to be certain you are buying the right rice. 


Products branded fast cooking or precooked and marketed may contain gluten, so beware. Also, rice noodles are naturally free from gluten and you can eat them. 


Eating any of these diets will help you minimize immune-based reactions in your gut caused by gluten sensitivity from celiac.

How to ensure your food is always gluten-free?

 Avoid the following food in your diet plan if you are a sufferer. 


These foods contain gluten and will worsen your condition. Gluten will evoke an immune response against your small intestines leading to problems with digestion and absorption.


 The following should not form part of your diet:

  1. Pasta:

Traditional pasta contains gluten; a few are without gluten. 

Pasta from rice and corn flours that resemble wheat pasta and pasta from red lentils and chickpeas don't have gluten. Except for these groups, others are rich in gluten and are not part of the diet table. Anywhere you find wheat-based pasta know they contain gluten. 


2. Bread

Bread and most baked food contain gluten and should not be in the celiac diet. You can add this to your diet if the company convinces you beyond reasonable doubt that the product is right for you and described on the product label.
